Prescott Pailet Benefits is Excited to be Part of Team Ariana!
Prescott Pailet Benefits (PPB )is pleased to be a sponsor to a young (but mighty) girl by the name of Ariana Luterman, a 12 year-old triathlon competitor. She recently took home first place in the 15 and under division of the St. Patty’s Day Triathlon in Keller, TX.
Ariana is now preparing for the Athens Triathlon, which is this Saturday, March 24, one of the longest running triathlons in Texas. The race is typically reserved for age 16 and up but the race director gave Ariana special permission to enter the race due to her history and ability to compete.
Not only is Ariana a wonderful athlete, she has a wonderful heart as well. She donates 100% of her proceeds to Vogel Alcove, a charity that provides child development services for homeless children in Dallas. Ariana first came to know about Vogel Alcove when her dad took her there. He wanted her to meet homeless children who didn’t have beds or a room of their own. Ariana was very moved and wanted to make a difference in their lives, despite her young age. She has already raised $31,000 for the charity this year.
“I am inspired to work harder, train longer and race faster than anyone could imagine so that athletes and spectators alike in this rapidly growing sport can gain an awareness of that which is dear to my heart,” Ariana said in a recent Athens Daily Review article.
Soon she will also be coming out with a line of running gear: jerseys, tri-suits, swimming caps, biking shirts and other triathlete apparel needs, which will all be on display in Athens, TX. Ariana’s mom, Allana, is actually a Prescott Pailet Benefits employee so we are honored to stand behind and sponsor her daughter, who is an incredible young girl on a mission for others less fortunate.
